What should I expect in my first session with Marita?

The first session will be about the client's goals, their story, and their health journey. During the 45 – 60min consultation, Marita will: Take a medical, dietary, and lifestyle history.

Review relevant blood tests, symptoms, and current medications and supplements.

Explore your personal goals.

Answer questions and start shaping a tailored nutrition plan that works for your life.

How long does it typically take to see results?

It depends on your personal goals. Many clients start noticing small yet meaningful changes within 2 – 4 weeks.

Improved digestion and energy within 2 weeks

Weight management can start from 1 -2 weeks

Changes in blood markers like cholesterol or glucose may take 12 weeks

Are your services covered by health insurance?

Yes – Marita is a registered dietitian, and her services are typically covered by most South African medical aids.

However, please note:

Marita works independently and is outsourced by the medical aids

You will receive a detailed invoice after each consultation

You can submit this invoice directly to your medical insurance

What can I expect to get out of my session with Marita?
